I lead the brokerage Team of Green Property NY. I have been an investor for 25 years and a Real Estate Broker for 15.  To date I have sold properties totaling over several hundred millions of dollars in value in all parts of metro city new york. I also dabble in select areas in Brooklyn a like Brooklyn Heights and the newest waterfront property called Brooklyn Bridge Plaza which is the largest undertaking ever of residential area in Brooklyn. I also buy and sell pre-forclosure, forclosure and auction properties both residential and commercial. Due to my relationship with Point2 agent who is very active in Handshake status (which is similar to MLS) and  if you ever see a listing on my website that is not my exclusive, it is due to the Handshake status of the agent that participate. In that case please call me as soon as possible and I will have it removed as long as it reaches my attention.

I have collaberated with developers providing pre-development consultation, strategic marketing advice professional on site sales offices.  Developer services include everything from drawing out the unique and inventive building features to Branding anf Positioning.

I have been offering services to builders since 1998 some of my earlier projects were 222 Riverside Drive in Manhattan and the conversion oif Co-operative Village on the Lower East Side a very successful transition for a huge community.  My recent high profile projects include Union Square Lofts and L'ecole in Midtown 212 E 47 street.  I have also been the building Broker for 88 Bleeker and 130 Barrow in West Village when I was w managing agent Greenthal.

I am committed to providing results which has kept me a top broker for many years.  I worked for Douglas Elliman and Greenthal for 11 years and then opened my own Brokerage Firm.

I am a member of the Real Estate Board of NY,the Associated Builders and Owners Assoc. and professional women in Construction Associates. of Reall Estate Women,Contributer and helper to OHEL which is an organiozation that provides Homes and Care for mostly children but is branching out to help adults.Spirituality for kids.

I am a real estate entrepreneur. A broker with my own business, and I make a point of finding fabulous deals for my clients in the New York Area especially Manhattan.  I was born and raised in the big apple and am familiar with every nook and cranny and have a keen eye for the right deals.  I am very hard working and devoted;have 2 children, one in Law School and the other in the handbag design and sales business. I'm a very proud parent they are 23 and 24.  I have 3 dogs tht I love and my favorite is Monty a Bernier he weighs
180 lbs and everyone stares. 

I am active in Ohel, an organization that helps young children and teenagers find homes help mental and monetary.  I help them raise funds and donate and give time to the kids once a week.  I am also active with kids in my community where I teach fashion design 101.  My first carreer was that of a fashion designer which I loved.  I love Real Estate as well and Love my clients and hope they love me back and give me referrals
